The Midwest Dairy Association represents over 4,800 dairy farms to 39 million consumers across the midwest. They found Gen Zers 19 and under aren’t consuming nearly as much dairy as the generations before them.
The Traveling Dairy Market pop up traveled to 5 Minnesota colleges to inform students about the nutritious benefits of dairy, how dairy farmers are working to create sustainable operations and to get the students feelin’ cheesy with lots of free swag and dairy delights.
